Business Lease and Terberg Leasing have joined forces in the Dutch market. On January 3, a new organization – Terberg Business Lease Group BV – was established

The merger creates a strong company that can better keep pace with social developments, not only thanks to the wide range of products and services on the market, but also through the interconnection of three brands: Terberg Business Lease, Privatelease.com and Justlease. Thanks to the merger, the Terberg Business Lease Group now has a fleet of 46,500 vehicles.

Business Lease will now focus on markets in Central and Eastern Europe. This step will allow Business Lease to pay more attention to Central and Eastern Europe and invest more in branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania. Investing in IT, products and employees will help improve the quality of service provided to clients and their drivers.

After many years in the position of Managing Director of Business Lease CZ, Elias Drakopoulos takes over the leadership of the multinational Business Lease Group in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 1 January 2019, Elias Drakopoulos has been responsible for managing Business Lease companies in the Central and Eastern European Group – the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania.

“I am grateful for the time I spent in Business Lease Czech Republic, I have been a member of this successful team for over 12 years. Last year I was already responsible for Business Lease in Central and Eastern Europe. In this era of rapid change, we cannot work in two positions, at least not to be self-satisfied, ”he says.

Martin Bulíř was appointed Managing Director. He comes to Business Lease after long-term management in Edenred CZ sro His experience as a Sales Director and later also the Edenred CZ Director will be a great benefit for Business Lease. “It was not easy to find a successor for the management of Business Lease Czech Republic, so I am very pleased that an experienced and successful manager, a mature personality who will lead this company and her team into future successful years, will come to us from 1 January.” Drakopoulos.
