Our history

Business Lease started in the Netherlands in 1989. Since then we’ve built a solid reputation in all aspects of car fleet management. We are passionate about offering the best possible care to customers, drivers and suppliers, which is reflected in our slogan: Passion for mobility.

    1907|AutoBinck Holding

    AutoBinck has been active in the car industry for already more than a century. Starting in 1907 with the Mercedes dealership located in an AutoPalace showroom in The Hague.

    1989|Business Lease The Netherlands

    Business Lease the Netherlands was established in 1989. Business Lease Netherlands was the first Dutch Leasing company that recognized quality as an excellent condition for client satisfaction, with a ISO 9001 certification in 1994 as result.

    1996|Business Lease Czech Republic

    Business Lease Czech Republic was established in 1996, in Prague.Strong local partnership with a network of preferred suppliers enables us to offer the full range of required services. Apart from our large international customers we also provide Smaller and Medium sized companies with a tailor-made service package.

    1998|Business Lease Slovakia

    Business Lease Slovakia was established in 1998, in Bratislava. Strong local partnership with a network of preferred suppliers enables us to offer you the full range of required services. Apart from our large international customers we also provide Smaller and Medium sized companies with a tailor-made service package.

    2001|Business Lease Poland

    Business Lease Poland was established in 2001 and with 12 years of experience in operating on the local market has led to a respected position. Strong local partnership with a network of preferred suppliers enables Business lease Poland to offer you the full range of required services. Apart from our large international customers we also provide Smaller and Medium sized companies with a tailor-made service package. Business Lease Poland is also a member of the Polish Association of Vehicle Leasing and Rentals.

    2006|Business lease Hungary

    Business Lease Hungary is our youngest Full Service Operation Leasing company in Central Europe, working according to the same philosophy that made Business Lease successful in other countries.

  7. 2014

    2014|Business lease FMS Romania

    In December 2014, Business Lease Group acquired Fleet Management Services SRL., (FMS) one of the pioneers in Full Service Operational Lease and Car Fleet Management in Romania , already for many years.

    2015|Privatelease.com in the Netherlands

    Privatelease.com is introduced in the Dutch market in July 2015. And since a few years a top 5 player in The Netherlands.
